We just don't allow any old Tom, Dick or Harry join the mighty SLAGs. There's the serious business of vetting to be considered.
We wanna ensure that you have what it takes to cope with the mental pressures on the battlefield. Not to mention our warped and twisted sense of humour.
The SLAG Clan are a self sufficient, self financing gaming clan with their own ranked game and Ventrilo server, plus community web site.
Through voluntary donations from it's members, the clan is able to pay for such services on a quarterly basis.
Benefits of joining the SLAG Clan
- The SLAG game server does not have any rules (aside from no cheating/glitching).
- You can play using any style or tactic without fear of being kicked or banned.
- You are free to play as often or as little as you want, at a time to suit you (As long as you do play/use the site).
- Fun and friendly Ventrilo voice comms sessions to accompany game playing.
- Access to the SLAG Clan community web site.
- TOTAL GAMING FREEDOM.
Our Entrant Requirements:
1. You have to be 18 or over to join the SLAGs - no exceptions.
2. You must have a microphone and participate in our friendly Ventrilo comms sessions.
3. You must like beer. Lot's of beer.
4. You must be a bloke. Sorry no girls allowed cause they suck at games
5. You must be a right 'orrible cunt.
How to join the SLAG Clan
1. Register for the SLAG website (your access will be granted within 24 hours).
2. Copy & paste the 'Interview Questions' into a new thread in the 'Public' forum.
3. Enter the following in the subject line: 'I wanna be a SLAG'.
4. Answer all questions and avoid using one word answers.
5. Submit your post.
Note: Once you have registered for access to the SLAG web site you must post your application to join the SLAGs within 7 days otherwise your access will be rescinded.
What happens next?
Your application will be reviewed within 24 hours. If approved we'll send you an email confirming your admission to the clan. You will then be a full Member of =[SLAG]=, however please realise that you will be on a probationary period and if you are not the right material...we will ridicule you and then fuck you off!!!!!.
We'll give you full access to all our forums, including the ones that contain our Ventrilo server details. We'll will then add your details to our clan roster.
You will need to do the following:
1. Download and install Ventrilo, you will also need a microphone.
2. Submit a recent photo of yourself for the gallery
3. Change your in game tag to: =[SLAG]=
